Meet Our Therapists

I invite you to show up and let yourself be seen and heard in a safe space.

My primary area of focus is anxiety specific to panic and the physical symptoms that can cause you to feel detached and not in control of your physical or emotional state.

I also have a focus in LGBTQ+-related issues with a strong interest in working with shame and vulnerability within this community.

Everyone struggles from time to time and I believe no one should go through their struggles alone.

With specialized training from Postpartum Support International (PSI), I help pregnant people and parents overcome symptoms of anxiety and depression so they can enjoy parenthood.

I am here to offer you a non-judgmental, supportive, and compassionate space.

Based on my education, training, and clinical experience, my primary areas of focus in my work are treating depression/mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and helping build motivation for change.

I strive to make the process of starting counseling stress free.

I have a passion for supporting college students, individuals struggling with life transitions, career changes, relationship issues (including rebuilding from narcissistic abuse and gaslighting), and navigating the difficulties of parenthood.

I am here to offer you a safe space as you seek support and guidance.

My primary areas of expertise are depression, anxiety, emotion regulation, relationships, navigating fatherhood, and stress management.

  • "They have the availability..."

"There isn't an unreasonable wait time. These counselors are very easy to talk to, very open-minded. It's not, like, a pushiness to participate. It's a meet-you-where- you're-at type of a vibe.”

-Christine Sadler, Obstetric & Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist
