You don’t have to be in crisis to know something feels off.
If anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional heaviness has crept into your life, especially during pregnancy, postpartum, or motherhood, you may be wondering if this is just “part of it” or if something needs attention. You deserve support that takes your experience seriously and helps you feel like yourself again.
With specialized training from Postpartum Support International...
I help support individuals navigating pregnancy, postpartum, birth experiences, and the emotional shifts of motherhood in ways that help them feel steadier, more grounded, and more like themselves again.
I also have experience supporting any adult struggling with anxiety, depression, or trauma, so whether you’re navigating parenthood or life’s challenges, I welcome working with you.
Pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood can feel far more complicated than anyone prepares you for. You might feel constantly on edge, overwhelmed by worry, or disconnected from yourself or your baby.
Maybe you’re carrying guilt for not feeling the joy you expected, struggling with intrusive thoughts, or trying to make sense of a birth experience that still feels heavy or unresolved.
You may be grieving the loss of who you were before, while trying to hold everything together for everyone else. If this is you, please know you are not failing. You are responding to an incredibly demanding season, and you deserve support.

In our work together, you’ll have a space to speak openly, without judgment or pressure, and to begin finding steadiness, relief, and understanding again.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process and heal from distressing experiences. EMDR can be especially helpful when traditional talk therapy feels limiting, allowing clients to move past stuck or painful memories in a way that feels less overwhelming and more empowering.
My approach to counseling is relaxed, collaborative, and solution-focused. I prioritize meeting clients where they are, honoring their unique experiences, and moving at a pace that feels right for them. Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you; it’s about helping you feel more grounded, capable, and connected to yourself as you move forward.
Imagine a life where you can feel steadier, more present, and more like yourself, even amid the chaos of motherhood.
That’s the change we can work toward together.
