Hours:

Fridays from 9:30am-4:00pm

I frequently use interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and narrative therapy, while centering the therapy relationship.

I believe all of my clients are deserving of respect, understanding and unconditional positive regard.

I have a wealth of experience using interventions from these approaches while working with teens and emerging young adults experiencing life transitions, and international students dealing with radical cultural adjustments.

My professional interests include relationship concerns, eating concerns and intuitive eating, trauma history and anxiety and depressive disorders.

I enjoy camping and hiking, and am working towards visiting every state park in Ohio. I love music, especially folk and indie music, and enjoy seeing live performances whenever I can! I love to try new foods, and enjoy cooking and baking in my free time.

If you feel that my professional background is a good fit for you…

I encourage you to reach out. I look forward to working with you!
